My career in education began in college with research on education in the Indian reservations in Northern Brazil. After college, I directed a foreign exchange program and two After School Programs. I began my work in After School Programs, in 2003, while working as a volunteer tutor/mentor at a program for children of the homeless, called HUG House, in Ontario, CA. I also have over five years of experience teaching ESL, Social Studies and Art, and have spent time working with children of all ages, backgrounds and communities. As you can tell, I really enjoy working with kids! I am always happy to assist you in furthering your child’s learning and talents, in whatever way that I can.
